Get answers to some common questions
No, as long as your payments are up to date, there won’t be any gap in your health insurance coverage when you move to Frank.
Your tax information will be automatically sent to the ATO, so you don’t need to provide it when completing your tax return.
Any extras claims you’ve made this calendar year with health.com.au will be transferred over to your Frank cover. You can view your remaining extras limits after July 1 in the member area.
Frank won’t have access to your old login details or your old password. You’ll need to set up a new login and use the email address attached to your membership as the username. You will be asked to set up a password. Passwords need to be secure and we’ll guide you through the requirements. Don’t share your password with others.
After July 1 and once you have registered for the Frank member area, you can view your cover and make updates.

No, all information about your health.com.au insurance policy will move to Frank Health Insurance.
All member cards will be posted at the start of July and you will receive an SMS when it is dispatched. If you think something’s gone wrong, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
In the meantime, you can submit extras claims after 1 July by either:
- Logging into the member area to make a claim, or
- Taking a photo of your receipt and submitting it in the photo claim app
