We are committed to ensuring our members can access quality and affordable healthcare. To meet this commitment, we have agreements with over 500 private hospitals across Australia. Up to and including 3 March 2025 this includes an agreement with Healthscope Ltd (Healthscope) which operates 38 private hospitals (see list of impacted hospitals below). These hospitals provide a range of medical, surgical, psychiatric and rehabilitation services.

As of 4 March 2025, we will no longer have a contract with Healthscope and, accordingly, the Healthscope Group of Hospitals will no longer be part of Frank's participating private hospital list. After this time, admissions to these hospitals may result in the Healthscope Group charging you higher out-of-pocket costs for inpatient services.
