Your main squeeze. That special someone. Your sweetiepie. Your cuddle bunny. AKA the other person in a defacto relationship or marriage. Partners can be covered by Frank Couples or Family cover.
Pre-existing condition
Any health issue that you had up to 6 months before joining Frank or upgrading your cover. Whether you have a pre-existing condition is decided by a doctor appointed by Frank. For all the legal guff see the

Premium
The cost of your Frank cover. Premiums are paid monthly by Direct Debit using your bank account or credit card.
Private patient
Someone with private health insurance who is treated in hospital. As a private patient you get to choose your doctor and hospital. You can be a private patient and choose to go public but not the other way around.
Private practice
A business that is not publicly funded in any way.
Provider
The practitioner that treats you. Frank has selected and approved providers from which you can make a claim.
Public patient
Someone who is treated in a public hospital under Medicare. As a public patient, your doctor is decided by the hospital.
